- To deliver short term insurance advice and solutions to prospective and existing customers as a short term brokerage both on their personal lines and commercial insurance needs
- To appoint qualified Short Term Advisers that would provide appropriate advice to prospective customers
- To identify alternative needs of our customers in terms of Life Assurance, Investment, Medical Aid, Employment Benefits, Wills and other to refer to our associate companies and service providers
- To maintain relationships with clients by providing support guidance and ongoing advice on the various products
- To maintain quality service excellence by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- To maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
- To ensure that all our Advisers adhere to ongoing CPD – Programmes (Continuous Professional Development).
- To ensure record-keeping according to FAIS legislation
- To ensure the company has the appropriate Professional Indemnity cover in place as required by legislation
